What is the CareerHQ Compass?

The CareerHQ Compass is an interactive online tool in which students explore their skills, interests and lifestyle considerations, before self-selecting a shortlist of 4 - 6 careers that they are interested in pursuing. It's the perfect tool to support critical transition points like subject selection, work experience and deciding on what to do after school.

Students create their own personalised career report: This includes their top and desired skills, key interests, unique Holland Code profile and a list of 3-6 careers that they are interested in learning more about.

Free webpage for your school: When you register with CareerHQ they build your school a personalised website. This means your students can instantly begin the CareerHQ Compass.

Free teacher resources to support learning: These resources include a PDF containing basic instructions, a regular newsletter and explainer videos to support teachers.
